Aspiring sailors and dedicated gourmets will be in their element onboard the An Durzunel. While some take the tiller, others can tuck in to local specialities in the Bay of Cancale.
Whether you choose the Discovery, Gourmet or Buccaneering trip, each one is three hours of pure magic. As soon as you board, Jérôme will pronounce you shipmate for a day. On board this comfortably sized boat, everyone quickly finds his or her place. Heave, haul or steer, it's a little effort and a lot of fun. You can even have a go at 'rock-dodging' with Mont Saint-Michel in sight! Along the way, a lobster-pot is hauled up, complete with lobster! It will join the delicacies awaiting us when we drop anchor. On the menu: oysters, spelt bread, Bordier's butter and spicy vegetable achard, made to the recipe of Breton chef and sailor, Olivier Roellinger. For dessert, the Breton sweet and buttery speciality kouign-amann proves tempting for the sea-birds too. The historic, maritime and gastronomic heritage of Cancale all combine beautifully. Is it time to go home already?
